Introduction

Sage Connections, LLC (“Sage Connections,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers SMS messaging services to communicate with applicants and candidates regarding employment-related opportunities, interview coordination, scheduling, and other important updates.

Purpose of SMS Notifications

Our SMS notifications may include the following:

  • Informing candidates about relevant job opportunities or updates.
  • Confirming interview or appointment details.
  • Sending reminders for requested documentation or compliance tasks.
  • Notifying candidates of urgent or time-sensitive updates related to their employment.

Message frequency varies but typically ranges from 1–5 messages per week.

Opt-In and Consent

By providing your phone number and opting into SMS notifications, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the number and consent to receive recurring automated SMS/MMS messages regarding scheduling, job opportunities, and related services. Consent is not a condition of receiving services.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. You may also email hello@sage-connections.com. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages unless you re-enroll.

Privacy and Data Security for SMS

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent data for marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for promotional use. We may share information only with service providers necessary to deliver messaging services or as required by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sage Connections harmless from claims arising from your provision of a phone number not owned by you or your failure to notify us of changes, including claims under the TCPA or similar laws.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute arising from participation in the SMS program shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to a jury trial. If any provision of this section is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not participate in the SMS program.
